How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made online or by phone and are subject to availability.
Can I book privately for my group?
The current site says an entire game can be selected during booking without an additional private-game charge. TODO-VERIFY this policy before launch.
Do you take walk-ins?
Walk-ins are subject to room availability. Call 1-778-807-5990 to check the day’s openings.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking for sign-in, house rules and the safety briefing.
How many people can play?
Physical escape rooms are designed for 2–6 players. VR escape rooms are designed for 2–4 players.
Can I wear glasses in VR?
The current site says small-framed glasses can fit in the headsets, while contact lenses are recommended. TODO-VERIFY current headset guidance.
