How much is an escape room at Xperience Games Kelowna?
Physical and cooperative VR escape rooms are $38 per player plus GST. There are no booking or processing fees.
Do children under six need to be added during booking?
Children under six enter free. One accompanying adult is required for every child under six. Do not add the under-six child during online booking.
Is there a discount for playing two games on the same day?
Yes. Play a second game on the same day and receive 20% off the second game.
Is there a birthday offer in Kelowna?
Yes. Guests can register for the birthday free-play offer. Eligibility and redemption information are provided on the dedicated birthday offer page.
How does the loyalty stamp program work?
Earn one stamp whenever you play a full-price ticket. Redeem every three stamps for 50% off one player or six stamps for 100% off one player. Multiple stamp cards may be redeemed in one booking regardless of the number of players. Stamps can be stacked, transferred or gifted, never expire and work at both Xperience Games locations. Stamps are traded in when redeemed; lost stamps cannot be replaced, and discounted or free tickets do not earn stamps.
Can a loyalty reward be combined with another promotion?
No. Each booking can use only one promotion.
Can we pay separately?
Yes. Players may pay before or after the game, and split payments are accepted. Kelowna accepts credit cards including Visa and Mastercard, as well as cash. American Express is not accepted.
