Enquiries
Contact, group, corporate and birthday-party enquiry forms send the information you enter to the appropriate Calgary or Kelowna team. Transactional form delivery uses Brevo.
Waivers and birthday-offer registration
Waiver submissions, birthday-offer registrations and feedback are sent through the Xperience Games CRM integration. The CRM may pass opted-in birthday information to Sendy for the birthday program. Each form explains its purpose before submission.
Bookings and gift cards
Booking and gift-card interfaces are supplied by Bookeo. Information entered inside those interfaces is handled by Bookeo and the selected Xperience Games location rather than by the static page itself.
Do not submit sensitive information that a form does not request.
Website services
Providers support hosting, security and delivery.
Our website infrastructure provider hosts the site and supplies its spam-protection checks. Google Tag Manager loads analytics and configured advertising tags on the production website. Xperience Games also uses private, owner-access reporting for first-party website, booking-button and checkout activity. Brevo delivers enquiry emails, the Xperience Games CRM processes waiver and feedback submissions, Sendy supports opted-in birthday communications, and Bookeo supplies booking and gift-card interfaces.
Opening an external map, social-media page or another third-party link takes you to that provider's service and privacy practices.
