How long should we allow?
The game itself runs for 60 minutes. Allow additional time for arrival, check-in and the pre-game briefing.
What if part of the group has never played?
No previous escape-room experience is required. Your host explains how the game works, and unlimited hints are available whenever a team wants help.
Are corporate packages charged per person?
No. Corporate package pricing is based on the number of rooms reserved. Suggested headcounts help distribute players near the recommended room size; they are not hard attendance limits.
Can we reserve fewer rooms to reduce the cost?
Potentially. Physical rooms have a suggested maximum of six players, but a larger team may be possible. Contact the location with your headcount so the team can explain the practical tradeoff and confirm availability.
Can you accommodate a larger company group?
Potentially, by using multiple experiences or times. Send the location your estimated headcount and preferred date so the team can confirm a workable plan.
Is meeting space available?
Yes. Calgary’s party room seats about 10 people and can be reserved as meeting space for $50 per hour plus GST alongside a physical escape-room booking. Outside food and catering are welcome. The room does not include Wi-Fi or AV equipment.
Can a corporate group book outside regular hours?
Yes. Contact the Calgary team with the date and estimated headcount to arrange an event outside regular opening hours.
